Purpose
As you know, Outlook has the "Delay Delivery" feature for email.
A lot of people would like to schedule sending a meeting invitation at another specific time instead of right now. Outlook does not provide such functionality.
DelayedMeetingRequest add-in allows you to delay sending of meeting requests.

Installation
- On a client workstation where Outlook is installed download DelayedMeetingRequest-Demo.zip archive file and extract all files to C:\Program Files\IvaSoft\DelayedMeetingRequest directory.
Exit Outlook in case it is running, run DelayedMeetingRequestSetup.exe and follow the instructions.
- Start Outlook and click File > Options > Add-ins. Select "COM add-ins" in the "Manage:" field and click the "Go" button. Make sure that DelayedMeetingRequest is in the list, and it is checked.
Testing
- Create a new meeting. Make sure there exists the "Deferred Delivery" tab in the ribbon. Check the "Do not deliver before" checkbox and then choose the date and time you want. Populate the fields of a meeting and click the "Send" button.
- Navigate to the Outbox folder and make sure the meeting request you have just sent is there.
- Right-click the meeting request in the Outbox. Note the topmost "Send now" button.
- Check if the meeting request will be sent in time.
Uninstallation
Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. Select DelayedMeetingRequest in the list. Right-click and hit Uninstall. Follow the instructions.
About this demo version.
This demo version adds the "[DelayedMeetingRequest DEMO]" tag to the Subject line of each new meeting request.
