Let's suppose your Exchange 2007/2010/2013 server is used by 2 different organizations: Firm1 and Firm2.
One group of users have set their primary SMTP address to use domain1.com domain part: email@example.com. Sometimes they have to send as non-default address, i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other ones have set their primary SMTP address to use firmb.com domain part: email@example.com. They also want to be able to send as @domain1.com from time to time.
ChooseFrom solves the problem of sending as different addresses.
The following 2 CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro rules set different footers for different sender domains.
|A rule for domain2.com (named 'domain2'):|
|A rule for domain 1 is similar as the previous one - just change @domain2.com to @domain1.com and use another footer/signature.|
