CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro

Let's suppose your Exchange server is used by 2 different organizations: Firm1 and Firm2.

One group of users have set their primary SMTP address to use domain1.com domain part: j.doe@domain1.com. Sometimes they have to send as non-default address, i.e. j.doe@domain2.com.

Other ones have set their primary SMTP address to use firmb.com domain part: d.smith@domain2.com. They also want to be able to send as @domain1.com from time to time.

ChooseFrom solves the problem of sending as different addresses.

The following 2 CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro rules set different footers for different sender domains.

    A rule for domain2.com (named 'domain2'):

A rule for domain 1 is similar as the previous one - just change @domain2.com to @domain1.com and use another footer/signature.
